Pre-Approved Exterior Lighting

This is a list of pre-approved exterior lighting fixtures. Since our are aging, some people have elected to replace their lighting fixtures. If you use lighting fixtures from from this list you do not need architectural review provided they are all the same style. These light fixtures are available at big box home improvement stores, as well as online at such retailers as build.com.

These lighting fixtures accommodate the LED lamps that our HOA installs and maintains for you. Each month our electrician inspects our community and looks for burned out bulbs and replaces them for you. If you have a bulb that needs replacing you may also report it to the HOA manager and it will be replaced during the next monthly inspection cycle. Also, if the light over your front door porch is out, please inform management and we will replace that for you also so you do not need to get on a ladder to do it yourself.
