The Board has pre-approved replacement gates. If you wish to replace your gate you can use one of the gate types shown below without filing a design review application. If you wish to have another gate you must make an application for design review. Gates should be painted one of the trim or door colors assigned to your house. If you wish to use another color please file a design review application.
